As a fund manager, the company manages over $1 billion in invested funds relating to projects with a total value of over $2.5 billion. Morrison Grove’s fund portfolios contain projects located in 30 states, in every region of the United States and cover essentially all commercial real estate asset types. As an asset manager and General Partner, Morrison Grove is responsible for all decisions associated with the real estate investments, from origination and management to asset disposition. Additionally, the company owns a small percentage of all assets under management. Each transaction is thoroughly underwritten in house and limited to those opportunities associated with management groups that bring capital, an industry track record and a value add strategy for growth.
